Hello and how is everyone doing today i hope you having a wonderful day so today we’re going to be doing a blower motor replacement in a chevy express 2500 so there is the blower motor and we are underneath the hood on the passenger side so first thing you’re what i want to do is take this colon reservoir of it has one bolt in it that is a 10 millimeter see right
There and let’s go ahead and take a 10 millimeter bolt out so let’s um get this reservoir out of the way alright now we can get to our blower motor and we are going to take the plugin out first and you are going to have to push in and then pull on this and it’s shown now that we got that out of the way we are going to take our hose off right here and that will
Just pull out as shown and there we go and we’ll set that right here now we are going to have to take our bolts out there will be four of them and those are going to be a five and a half millimeter alright let’s go ahead and take those out and there is one and there is two and there is three and four the last one that is four yeah let’s go ahead and yank that out
And there it is simple as that and there is our old little motor and a new one just let’s go ahead and stick that in there and it should just slide right back in and you line the holes up you’re going to get your bolts there it is for them and let some thread those back in all right and now we are going to tighten them and they are five and a half millimeter and
There is one let’s move to the second one that’s two and a third one that’s three and the last one which is four all right make sure it’s secure and tight and now we are going to do our plugin and this is directional it has the clip on the one side and you’re gonna plug it in and make sure it’s tight and see it’ll pull right back up plug it back in pull it a little
Bit make sure it’s tight so does not come back out and now before we forget we’ll put our hose on and that just slides back over the blower motor and pushes right up in there and it’s pretty easy and now we are going to put our coolant reservoir back in and we’re gonna want to line up those and they just slide right back into there as shown and you’re gonna want
To get your bolt and get your hole lined up and start it and let’s tighten it back down with our 10 millimeter and simple is that there you go your blower motor is now installed i hope that everybody learned how to install a blower motor with ease and don’t forget to like and subscribe so you can see more content like this and i can produce more videos and thank you and goodbye
